SoulFire is here to cater to all of your BBQ needs. Whether you are looking to pick up dinner for 25 people, or would like onsite service for 2,500 people, we are prepared to do what it takes to insure that your guests receive a BBQ meal that they will not forget.
SoulFire has catering options that can satisfy everything from your standard BBQ sandwich and sides’ lunch, to an all-out BBQ feast. You just tell us how many people you are hosting, choose from the different menu options, and we will do the rest.

BBQ Sauce Options
- SoulFire House Sauce – traditional BBQ with a slight bite
- Sweet Sauce – Rich in molasses and honey and accompanied by a hint of citrus
- Fiery Sauce – Mustard base mixed with our house sauce and smoked habaneras
- North Carolina Sauce – Pure Vinegar seasoned with pepper juice and sweetened with sugar

ORDERING INFORMATION
Order Minimum
There is a 12 person minimum for all catering orders.
Delivery
For orders exceeding $150, delivery is available within 15 miles of SoulFire for an additional $30. (Advanced notice required).
Lead Time
Advanced noticed required for catering orders. We will do our best to accommodate short lead times; however, some restrictions may apply.
Deposits
A 50% deposit required for all catered events at time of booking. Remaining balanced to be paid on day of event.
Equipment
- Wire frame chafers and candles available for purchase
- Paper plates and utensil packs available for 50 cents per person
- Serving utensils can also be purchased for an additional $7.50
- No rentals – chairs, tables, linens, etc.
SERVICE OPTIONS
Pickup
- Customer places order and picks up BBQ at SoulFire at the chosen time.
Delivery/Drop Off
- Available for orders exceeding $150 within 15 miles of SoulFire for an additional $30.
- Food is dropped off hot.
- No set up.
Full Service
- SoulFire delivers, sets up, serves, and cleans up.
- Cost - additional $400 for the first server for 3 hours onsite.
- No delivery fee.
- All other fees apply
