BBQ Sauces

Our goal at SoulFire is to produce smoked meats that have great flavor and do not need sauce. That being said, sauce is a big part of what makes barbecue… well barbecue. Our core sauces are intended to represent traditional sauces form various regions. While each sauce is unique, they are also like primary colors and can be mixed and matched to create any flavor profile that you like.

Pitboss:

Sweet upfront with a nice peppery finish, this sauce is competition worthy and goes well with anything

SoulFire: A Kansas City style sauce that has a strong tomato base complemented by a vinegar and pepper kick. Best on beef brisket!

Sweet: Heavy on molasses and honey with subtle hints of citrus, it doesn’t get any sweeter than this. Best on chicken

Fiery: We take a traditional South Carolina mustard sauce and kick it up a couple notches with our habanera devil relish. Best on pulled pork!

N.C. Sauce: A traditional North Carolina cider vinegar and pepper sauce, it doesn’t get any more basic than this. Best on pulled pork!
